Robber's Roost Jerky is a locally owned and operated business based in historic Ellensburg, Washington (WA) and supplies sausages to clients throughout the state of Washington (WA) including restaurants and bars located in: Seattle, Renton, Issaquah, North Bend, Tukwila, Roslyn, Easton, Cle Elum, Kittitas and Ellensburg.
As the only USDA certified sausage manufacturer in Kittitas County Robber's Roost Jerky is proud of the high standards of it's facility and the great taste of the sausage and pepperoni sticks (pepper sticks) it produces.

About Us
Robber's
Roost Jerky, Inc. was founded in 1996 by Terry Scott (pictured left) who has
over 30 years of experience producing sausage and pepperoni. Terry Scott started
making sausage and pepperoni as a hobby, but due to the high quality and excellent
taste of his product he was encouraged by friends and family to turn the hobby
into a full-time business.
Robber's Roost Jerky is the only certified USDA facility in Kittitas County and serves customers across the state of Washington.
