Do you deliver and/or ship sausage orders?
On Fridays we make deliveries to businesses in Washington (WA) which are located along the I-5 corridor.

We also ship orders to addresses in the United States. For orders that require shipping we ask for a minimum order of 2½ lbs.

Do you require a minimum order?
For shipping purposes we do require a minimum order of 2½ lbs of sausage. If you are able to pick up your order then there is no minimum for the items listed on our products page.

Can you make sausages not listed on the products page?
At Robber's Roost Jerky, Inc. we can make practically any type of sausage. If you are interested in purchasing a sausage that you do not see listed on the products page we would be happy to provide a specialty order.

For specialty orders we ask that our customers purchase a minimum of 25 lbs of sausage.

Can you process wild game?
We are able to process wild game, on weekends, to your specifications. You may have your preference of sausage type.

Are your sausage recipes for sale?
Our sausage recipes have been carefully crafted over the course of the last 30 years. The key to creating the savory taste of our hand-rolled links is a company secret known only to Terry Scott himself.

Are you a retailer or a wholesaler?
Robber's Roost Jerky, Inc. is a wholesaler of sausage and pepperoni sticks.

Where do you source your meat and casings?
Our meat products come from Plymouth Poultry in Seattle which is a USDA certified facility. Our casings are supplied by Overseas Casings in Seattle which is also a USDA certified facility.

How often are your facilities inspected?
Our facilities are inspected by a USDA representative on a daily basis in order to insure the highest standards in health and safety. We are proud to be the only certified USDA facility in the Kittitas County.
